Latesha worked with several reputable Brokerages like Remax, Better Homes and Gardens and Maximum one Realty before starting her own Brokerage, McCoy Realty Group.

Latesha is USDA REO Certified, A HUD Certified Selling Broker, and holds Designations like CDPE, ABP SRS, SFR and RENE. Over the last 12 years Latesha has also been recognized as a million-dollar producer. In 2022, she received an award for her community service. She has also held notable positions such as Director of Local Board, State Director, Membership Director of the West Georgia Board of Realtors and is the current 2023 President of The West Georgia Board of Realtors.

Latesha has a genuine passion for helping families experience the joys of homeownership. This passion coupled with her experiences has allowed her to serve Georgia and South Carolina residents in the home buying/selling process.
